• Selected extended regions (with additional charges)

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.

Delivery Charges

£9.99 standard delivery

Accessories ordered with a garden tractor will be delivered together with the machine.

Accessories ordered separately will be shipped independently.

Delivery & Processing Overview

Order Cut-off Time:

3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 2:00 PM (Friday) (GMT)

Processing Time:

1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery Time:

3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

4 to 7 business days (Processing + Delivery)

Order Tracking

• Track your parcel via DHL using your 14-digit tracking number 
• Once dispatched, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule delivery

You will receive:

A delivery booking call

An “Out for Delivery” email with a 2-hour ETA window

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is considered complete once the product is delivered to the address provided at checkout

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery

Ownership of the product transfers only after full payment has been received

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

• Address changes may only be possible before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
• Additional delivery charges may apply if the address change results in rerouting the shipment.
