At Club Garden Mowers, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center requirements.

30-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Received damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We will arrange a free replacement or exchange, including covering any return shipping costs.

Unwanted Items (Change of Mind Returns)

If you no longer require the item:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping/collection costs will be:
    • Paid by the customer, or
    • Deducted from the refund amount (cost depends on your location)
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Items should be in original packaging
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear may receive a partial refund based on condition

If additional packaging or collection services are required due to missing packaging, extra charges may apply.

Replacement Policy

For replacement requests:

  • The original item must first be returned and inspected
  • Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 7 days after:
    • Return approval, and
    • Receipt/collection of the item
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

You are responsible for the item until it is returned and received by us.

Non-Faulty or Misused Items

If a returned product:

  • Is found not faulty, or
  • Has been misused

Additional charges may apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Packaging Requirement

You must retain all boxes and pallets for at least 14 days after delivery.

Failure to do so may result in additional charges for replacement packaging and collection services.

Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty duration varies depending on the product and brand
  • Customers must register the product with the manufacturer (if required)
  • A valid invoice is required as proof of purchase
  • Warranty remains valid only if maintenance and usage guidelines are followed

Additional Information

  • We are not liable for any rental or replacement equipment costs incurred during repairs
  • Warranty terms are subject to the manufacturer’s conditions
