We will mark your order as Completed once booked the shipping label.
All Club Garden Ride On Mowers will be delivered fully assembled and ready to mow.
Once your order has been sent, we will email you a despatch notification.
This will have all details regarding delivery.
All ride on mowers are being sent on specialised transport, on oversized/purpose build pallet/crates.
We will pass your telephone number to both delivering company and the delivering depot, they will contact you to book-in your delivery, once they have received your pallet.
All ride on mowers require a book-in service.
Please supply an additional directions to your address when the local depot rings you. If you have any access restriction, please mention your requirements when talking to the depot.
Should you wish to request delivery on a certain date or track your order or have any issues, please call the transport company on 0121 665 3850 or email pallets@masterfreight.co.uk with your tracking number and postcode.
On the day of delivery, you will be emailed to advise your pallet is ‘Out for Delivery’ and you will be given a two hour ETA window to let you know when your pallet will be arriving.
