Should you wish to request delivery on a certain date or track your order or have any issues, please call MasterFreight on 0121 665 3850 or email fortec@masterfreight.co.uk with your tracking number and postcode.
On the day of delivery, you will be emailed to advise your pallet is ‘Out for Delivery’ and you will be given a two hour ETA window to let you know when your pallet will be arriving.
